By agreeing to this Privacy Policy (such as by clicking “Subscribe” or by providing Personal Information to us), you explicitly consent to your Personal Information being exported to Criminal Content Inc. in the United States from the location where this information was provided.  Please do not provide Personal Information to us if you do not agree to your data being handled as described in this Privacy Policy.  Your Personal Information will be held on the data systems of Criminal Content Inc. or third party data processors selected by it to store and/or process this data, and will be deleted from our systems if you inform us in writing that you no longer wish to continue your registration as a recipient of Criminal Content Inc. related information.

Personal Information supplied by you during the registration process is held securely and is accessible to you.  By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you explicitly consent to receiving electronic communications, including emails or newsletters sent by us.  Each commercial email that we send to you will offer you the opportunity to opt-out of continuing to receive such messages.  We may take up to thirty (30) days to process your opt-out requests.

Our website is a general audience website.  Criminal Content Inc. does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13), unless we receive verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.  If we become aware that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided us with Personal Information without the proper consent, that information will be deleted from our databases. Parents who have questions about Personal Information that may have been submitted by a child under the age of thirteen (13) should email us at the notice address indicated below.
